From placing my order, how long does it take to land at my doorstep?

Between 3-5 working days is the delivery time. We do offer next day delivery at a higher cost if you can’t wait! Sometimes this option is not available and you’ll find this out when checking out.

Processing times

Orders take 1 business day to process after placing the order before shipping out. Once completed, we will then ship the item out and send your tracking number. Your item(s) will be sent from our USA warehouse in New Jersey.

Processing times

We offer next day delivery service and the cut off time is 7pm. Any orders placed after this time will recieve their order the following day.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it! Unexpected delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. USPS can have delays and take time to update their systems. Much of this is out of our control but please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. Please note we cannot refund an item due to a delay as the package has already been picked packed and shipped to you and due external factors out of our control have not reached your doorstep. We can however provide a refund once package has been returned back to us. Over the course of thousands of orders the average delivery time has been shown to be just 4 working days. Any time longer than this is not the average.

Returns

All products come with a FREE two year warranty from purchase. If the item is defective on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved as soon as possible. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@thesophisticatedeggusa.com. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase you can also send your item back to us within 14 days. You must first contact us before sending anything.

All returns should be sent to our New Jersey warehouse. You must first contact us at info@thesophisticatedeggusa.com You are responsible for return postage as we do not cover return postage. If you’re wanting to send an item back because it is defective, we will send you out a new item and as long as we can confirm the device is indeed defective (from descriptions, photos and video proof) we will send a new item out.

Refunds (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may incur an extra charge which we will subtract from any due refund. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after initial delivery will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This is typically 2-5 days but with some banks this can take up to 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thesophisticatedegg.co.uk or can also contact through our online chat support.

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
